Apetan Consulting LLC is seeking Workday-certified Payroll professionals to support a Phase 2 Workday implementation for Access Group. The focus will be on US Payroll, working closely with benefits, integrations, and downstream systems to ensure payroll-impacting configurations are accurately designed and delivered.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Workday US Payroll configuration, testing, and deployment

Partner with US Benefits and Integration teams to manage payroll-impacting integrations

Configure and support:

Pay groups and run categories

Costing and GL setup

Period schedules and tax configurations

Handle payroll processes including:

Retro and off-cycle payrolls

Involuntary withholdings

Audit and compliance reporting

Manage payroll data conversion and validation

Provide Time & Absence expertise as it relates to payroll processing

Participate in and support Workday Launch methodology activities

Workday Payroll CertificationWorkday Launch ExperienceWorkday Payroll ConfigurationWorkday Time & Absence CertificationHands-on Time & Absence Experience

Required

Active Workday Payroll Certification

Workday Launch Experience – Mandatory

Proven Workday Launch implementation experience

Hands-on experience with Time & Absence (certification preferred)

Strong Workday Payroll configuration expertise, including: Payment elections and banking rules, Payslip and check layouts, Pay components, accumulations, and balances, Costing, GL, and audit framework, Payroll Command Center, Federal, state, and local tax configuration, ACA, W-2, FLSA rules, and period schedules

Prior experience on Kainos-led implementations is a strong plus
