Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate SEC filings , including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Section 16 filings

Oversee board governance processes , including preparation of board and committee materials, resolutions, and minutes

Maintain and administer entity management for a diverse portfolio of funds and investment vehicles

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Support corporate transactions, including formations, dissolutions, and reorganizations

Assist with special projects related to governance and regulatory initiatives
