Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings with professionalism and attention to detail

Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and support follow-through across stakeholders

Draft and edit correspondence on behalf of the CEO as requested

Coordinate travel logistics, expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices

Support logistics for Board meetings, executive convenings, and key events

Maintain organized documentation and reinforce existing executive office systems

Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as needed
