Business Interruption & Continuity Analysis
Quantify lost income and operational disruption using financial modeling and industry benchmarks
Builder’s Risk & Construction Impact Evaluation
Collaborate with construction and legal experts to assess delays, soft/hard costs, and financial exposure
Property Damage & Inventory Valuation
Analyze records, validate losses, and ensure accurate damage categorization
Strategic Documentation & Data Reconciliation
Identify key data sources, reconcile gaps, and build defensible support for complex claims
Collaborative Financial Reporting
Deliver clear, actionable reports to adjusters, attorneys, and consultants
Claims Strategy Development
Influence outcomes by shaping valuation approaches and advising on financial positioning
Qualification
Required
CPA designation with 5+ years in forensic accounting, insurance claims, or valuation
Deep expertise in business interruption methodologies and property damage assessments
Strong command of financial statements, cost analysis, and inventory valuation
Ability to translate complex financial data into persuasive, client-ready narratives
Experience working with legal, construction, and insurance professionals
Familiarity with commercial and residential insurance frameworks
