Responsibilities
Oversee the cutting, packaging, de-boxing, palletizing, and record-keeping of all things cheese
Ensure quality. These team members are crazy about quality and crazy about cheese!
Work diligently to ensure that we adhere to local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations so that we can offer the highest quality product for our customers
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Will conduct a Criminal Background Check
Must pass an E-Verify Screening
Extensive standing
Must be able to lift 5 - 50 lbs. and frequently exert and lift moderate amounts of weight
Cooler and clean room environment
No facial hair, jewelry, piercings, long fingernails, or artificial nails are allowed in the cheese production room
No makeup with Glisten or sparkle effect may be worn
Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must want to work and have excellent attendance
Must be willing to learn and pay attention to detail
Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
Interact well with others

Loving cheese is not required, but it will make work even more exciting!
