Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a self-motivated and energetic Patient Aide I to care for Kentucky’s Veterans at the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center. The role involves assisting with daily activities such as making beds, transporting residents, and providing excellent customer service.

Make beds, pass ice and snacks, transports residents, escorts residents to and from medical appointments, pass towels and washcloths
Train to assist with Feeding and tray set up in dining room
Learn the dietary needs of the residents to prepare tickets for meals
Excellent customer Service Skills
Preform the cleaning of the ice machines, wheelchairs, and refrigerator
Assist with the resident Laundry, stock gloves and other resident supplies as needed in the resident rooms
