Responsibilities

Support day-to-day business execution by helping streamline workflows, document processes, and keep cross-functional initiatives on track

Analyze operational data, build simple reports and dashboards, and surface insights that improve efficiency, cost, and service levels

Assist with project coordination by scheduling, tracking action items, preparing meeting materials, and communicating status updates to stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying bottlenecks, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation and change management

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Process Engineering or related field

Experience with Excel and Power BI

Self-starter, thinks outside the box, willing to get their hands dirty, analytical and a team-player

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Willing and able to work on-site at our Clearwater, FL location

Applicants MUST be US Citizens or Green Card Holders due to Carpenter's government contracts
