Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)
LHH is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role involves providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Provide information and support to clients and staff as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
