Responsibilities

Helps develop & achieve inventory management & strategic inventory planning goals
Independently manages daily inventory maintenance & is responsible for day-to-day decision making
Monitors market pricing and implements price changes to maintain price strategy within profitability goals
Collaborate with merchant team during negotiations to assess tradeoffs between product cost and operational efficiency
Helps identify and implement initiatives to optimize our cost-to-serve in coordination with merchant teams
Facilitates daily vendor relationship management and logistical alignment

Required

2-5 years of experience
Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs

Preferred

Able to execute Operation strategies in coordination with management
Proven communication with vendors and teammates
Proven track record of meeting inventory management & strategic inventory planning goals
Proven track record of implementing vendor-level logistical or buying improvements
Mastery of analytics and data-driven decision making
Business Proficiency in English is required
