Service Delivery Specialist POS
HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems is Oracle’s largest hospitality partner worldwide, providing innovative solutions to over 13,000 customers. The Service Delivery Specialist will implement and support HRS's product portfolio for hospitality-related companies, focusing on Food & Beverage solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and training.
Responsibilities
Participation in support/implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across the region
Handle customer cases, triage the inbound case load and reviewing the existing owned and escalated cases
Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available
Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development
Work with the support/implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded
Conduct user training
Perform other duties as requested or as deemed appropriate by management
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience either in the support or installation & configuration of Hospitality POS products or as user of Simphony or similar
Experience of working with competitive hospitality products including PMS, POS or Spa systems will be a strong advantage
Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL would be a plus
Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams
Free to travel extensively and for extended periods of time
Fluent English both written and spoken
