Responsibilities

Independently consult with stakeholders to design and implement solutions addressing business needs using Power Platform services

Gather requirements and write detailed customer stories

Provide ongoing support for Power BI workspaces, reports, and dashboards

Stay current with emerging Power Platform trends and features

Participate in the change management lifecycle, including requirement gathering, implementation, testing, and support

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, design solutions, build, deploy, and maintain applications

Mentor and guide junior team members

Qualification

Required

Twelve or more years of experience in troubleshooting, configuring, administering, and supporting software applications, or relevant experience

A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field may be substituted for certain years of experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels and tailor messages accordingly

Ability to articulate technical requirements to both business and technical audiences

Experience organizing and documenting technical solutions

Power Platform development expertise, including: Power BI: Data modeling across multiple sources, DAX and Power Query proficiency, creation of interactive dashboards and reports

Power Automate: Development of complex cloud and desktop flows integrating with Power Platform products and external services, expert use of APIs, web services, and connectors

Power Apps: Optimized application development for mobile and desktop, working with diverse data sources and connectors

Dataverse: Leveraging Dataverse across the Power Platform, DevOps/ALM, administration, environment management, semantic data modeling

Strong skills in .NET and JavaScript
