Responsibilities
High Degree of business and technical knowledge with significant practical experience in HIPAA X12 EDI Transactions
Expert in EDI mapping for 837, 277CA, 834, 835, TA1, 999, 820, NCPDP D.O
Develop and execute test scripts related to X12 Transactions
System Management : Configure, test, and maintain EDI applications, maps, and transactions (like 850 Purchase Orders, 856 ASNs)
Monitoring & Support : Oversee daily EDI activity, resolve errors/discrepancies, and provide technical support to users and partners
Partner Collaboration : Onboard new trading partners, manage integration testing, and act as a liaison for data exchange issues
Compliance & Standards : Ensure all data exchanges adhere to industry standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and internal policies
Documentation : Create and update technical documentation, mapping specifications, and trading partner profiles
Process Improvement : Identify trends, research new technologies, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency
Qualification
Required

Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy for data validation and mapping
Experience: Varies by role (Junior to Senior), often requiring experience with EDI technologies and business processes
