Responsibilities

Collaborating with customers to ensure their property meets their expectations

Always be honest and respectful to customers

Collaborate with other staff as part of a team effort and sharing the responsibilities

Performing treatments to the customer’s lawn using proper equipment and techniques while showing professionalism

Ability to explain the Lawn Squad programs to the customer or prospective customer with honesty, accuracy, and integrity

Conduct service calls using the outlined Lawn Squad procedures

Stay in contact with customers to prevent lawn problems

Ensure the service vehicle and all equipment are used and maintained in a clean and safe condition

Valid driver’s license with minimal infractions in the last 3 years

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the day

Project a professional image to the public

Demonstrate a commitment to working the required hours each day to ensure that branch production goals are consistently met

The lawn service technician handles offering new services to both existing and potential clients, performing initial problem assessments, and suggesting suitable solutions
