In this role, you will travel to customers’ homes and businesses to install new appliances and diagnose and repair existing appliances, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Respond to client requests for appliance service
Evaluate and diagnose home appliance problems
Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation
Repair appliances
Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services
Adhere to manufacturer recommendations
Teach homeowners how to operate their appliances
Maintain accurate and detailed records
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
Associates degree or appliance repair certification preferred
EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification to work on air conditioners and refrigerators is preferred
