Responsibilities
Draft court pleadings, including complaints, motions, garnishments, levies, and writs
Prepare and file liens and correspondence to delinquent owners
Manage reporting and communications with clients
Handle settlement discussions and negotiate payment plans with delinquent owners
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with firm procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Legal or paralegal experience is a plus but not required
