F. Willich GmbH is an internationally active group of companies and a leading manufacturer of construction chemicals. They are seeking a Key Account Manager to advise existing customers and acquire new clients in the civil engineering and mining sectors, providing application support and conducting presentations.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a sales area (northern, central or southern Germany)

You will advise existing customers and acquire new customers, particularly in areas such as tunnel construction, mining, transport infrastructure construction, hydraulic engineering, specialised civil engineering and building renovation

You will provide application support and assist with the optimal use of our products

You will organise and conduct presentations on site or in-house as well as trade fair appearances

You will prepare quotations, conduct contract negotiations and take care of follow-up

You will observe the market and competition and report to the DACH sales management

You will carry out customer needs, market and competition analyses and provide technical advice to clients and planning offices

You will build strong customer relationships – both technical and commercial

You will travel extensively within your sales area: based from your home office or our head office in Dortmund
