Responsibilities

Drive strategic growth – Partner with enterprise customers, ranging from startups to F500 companies, to identify expansion opportunities and architect growth strategies that unlock new revenue streams
Lead executive relationships – Conduct quarterly business reviews and stakeholder meetings, transforming usage data into compelling narratives for continued investment
Be customer obsessed – Monitor usage patterns to identify risks, provide optimization recommendations, and ensure customers maximize platform value
Champion technical excellence – Guide customers through complex implementations, API integrations, and scaling challenges with hands-on expertise
Drive product evolution – Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams, providing feedback that shapes our roadmap
Create growth playbooks – Document successful expansion strategies and optimization approaches to scale best practices across the team
Own enterprise enablement – Help large-scale teams understand best practices for integrating, scaling, and maximizing their Tavus implementations

Required

Strategic account management chops – You're great at juggling multiple enterprise relationships, quarterly reviews, and expansion initiatives without dropping the ball on any customer
Hyper-organized – You wake up ready to tackle the biggest, most complex customer challenges. Your systems and processes are so dialed in that nothing falls through the cracks, even when managing multiple enterprise accounts
Business acumen meets technical depth – You can translate complex technical implementations into business value propositions that resonate with C-level stakeholders
Growth-obsessed mindset – You see every customer interaction as an opportunity to drive expansion, optimize usage, and unlock new revenue streams
Technical versatility – Comfortable working across JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar languages. You understand APIs, webhooks, and can debug enterprise-level integrations
Relationship builder – You naturally develop trust with both technical teams and business stakeholders, becoming their go-to person for strategic guidance

Preferred

Bonus: Experience with AI/ML implementations, video processing APIs, or managing technical relationships at enterprise scale
