Visit corporate clients, importers, exporters, and retailers to promote logistics solutions
Explain services, pricing, and delivery options to clients clearly
Prepare and submit quotations and proposals as per client needs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with existing clients for repeat business and feedback
Coordinate with the operations team for shipment handling and on-time delivery
Handle client queries regarding tracking, documentation, and customs
Maintain a client database and provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and shipping regulations
Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities
