Account Executive, Enterprise Sales, Life Sciences Compliance
ComplianceBI is an AI-powered compliance intelligence platform designed for US FDA regulated life sciences companies. They are seeking a high-ownership Account Executive to drive outbound enterprise sales, owning the full sales cycle and engaging with senior stakeholders to articulate the value of ComplianceBI's solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive outbound sales targeting US FDA regulated pharma manufacturers, biotech companies, and CDMOs with multi-site operations
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close
Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts
Engage with senior stakeholders including QA Heads, Compliance Leaders, and Executive Management
Articulate ComplianceBI’s value around FDA 483 intelligence, risk prioritization, and proactive compliance
Collaborate closely with product and leadership to refine positioning and sales strategy
Provide market feedback to influence roadmap and GTM decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in life sciences, pharma, biotech, or compliance-related solutions
Experience selling to US FDA regulated organizations is a strong advantage
Strong outbound sales capability with confidence in cold outreach and enterprise conversations
Comfortable selling early-stage products and shaping sales processes from the ground up
Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
Preferred
Life sciences compliance background is good to have but not mandatory
Experience selling to US FDA regulated life sciences companies strongly preferred
