Responsibilities

Develop/maintain detailed project plan (MS Project/Gantt) covering scoping, data migration, config, training, testing, cutover

Deliver bi-weekly status reports (progress, risks, budget, milestones) to steering committee

Identify/mitigate risks (RAID log); manage scope changes/change orders

Coordinate multi-vendor team (internal + subcontractors) for 20-year historical data migration from legacy systems

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirements validation against 68+ Attachment I features (CIP workflows, forecasting, public dashboards)

Ensure Attachment H IT compliance (US hosting, MFA, TLS 1.2+, escrow setup)

Track budget vs. actuals; achieve on-time/on-budget delivery

Required

5+ years leading SaaS ERP/budgeting implementations (>250 concurrent users)

Proven government/municipal experience (CIP planning, position control, performance tracking)

Bachelor's in Business/IT or equivalent; PMP (Project Management Professional - 35hr training + 4500hrs exp with degree), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management - entry-level), or PRINCE2 Practitioner (Projects IN Controlled Environments Practitioner - advanced process methodology)
