Required

Minimum 8 years of backend development experience

5 years in Golang

Deep knowledge of concurrency, goroutines, and high performance system design

Strong hands-on experience with Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes

Experience with distributed systems, caching, and event driven architecture

Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

Working knowledge of CICD pipelines and Git-based workflows

Experience deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments
