Responsibilities
Act as Lead Tech and will direct the activity of personnel and service contractors in the preventative and corrective maintenance of the buildings, grounds, and related fixed and portable equipment
Set up PM’s throughout the facility and manage engineering central
Be the approver for the documentations assign through engineering central and other general engineering work order and Plant Operation duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate / GED
Three years' experience as a Plant Operations Technician
Required Journeyman Plumber, or 3 years' experience
Working knowledge of and ability to use basic hand tools and the test equipment specific to the field
Ability to follow written instructions, perform tasks and document actions taken
Articulate and demonstrate commitment to the Philosophy, Values, and Mission of MountainView Hospital & Medical Center
Ability to consistently demonstrate the AIDET philosophy, Organizational Code of Ethics and adhere to the Compliance Program
Basic understanding of all Utility Systems throughout MountainView Hospital & Medical Centers
