Responsibilities

Partner directly with YouTube Marketing leadership on strategic projects that support key priorities across the organization

Develop analytics and insights to enable key business decisions for YouTube Marketing leadership

Improve overall Marketing efficiency and effectiveness by applying an approach to marketing’s operational processes

Evaluate marketing performance and impact and make data-driven recommendations for how to adjust our approach to reach our ambitious goals

Bring best practices to stakeholders drawing from business operations, marketing knowledge, and online media

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree

3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders

2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives

Preferred

MBA or other advanced degree

8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategy and operations/business operations, venture capital, or private equity

Experience in a role requiring distinctive business judgment, rigorous problem solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management

Ability to work in a changing environment and tolerance for ambiguity

Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executive managers
