Responsibilities

Monitoring and follow up production with all documents expediter can get from supplier according to the following subjects:

Engineering/Documentation 🡪 checking documents, pending points between vendor and customer with impact on delivery dates

Procurement 🡪 verify the status of material procurement

Fabrication 🡪 verify that fabrication status (GANTT), production plan, etc

ITP verification 🡪 verify ITP issuing and test dates

Shipment 🡪 checking terms of shipment

Issue of a weekly report (photos, etc.)

Attending meetings with customer

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or High School diploma in engineering (or equivalent experience) with at least 3–5 years of direct inspection work in inspection / vendor surveillance / expediting activities on mechanical and electrical materials and equipments

Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical drawings and measuring instruments

Basic knowledge of technical drawing

Problem-solving and reporting skills

Availability to travel and operate independently in assigned areas
