Responsibilities

Coordination and maintenance of appropriate IRB and data use agreement certifications
Project coordination and oversight of progress toward grant deadlines and deliverables
Management of external communications (e.g., website, media and policy outreach)
Assistance with grant-writing and research proposals
Conducting literature reviews and managing references (e.g., compiling reference information using Endnote)
Interaction with remote consultants or team members
Coordination of project communications
Development of scientific reports and presentations
Research meeting coordination and documentation
Other duties as assigned

Required

3+ years of relevant experience is required; a combination of education and experience may be considered
Bachelor's Degree in health or social sciences
Demonstrated knowledge of health services research
Experience working with health care-related topics such as health policy or health services research or coursework
A strong writing background
Project coordination background
Exposure to applicable computer technologies, including specific Microsoft software applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience with EndNote, Mendeley and/or other reference managers
Strong attention to detail skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Enthusiasm for a wide range of research and project management tasks
