Responsibilities
Lead system architecture development and analysis using MBSE principles and SysML tools
Define and validate system requirements, interfaces, and verification methods for crewed spaceflight
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure systems meet NASA and industry standards
Guide and mentor junior systems engineers in MBSE techniques and systems engineering practices
Interface with NASA and commercial partners to coordinate system-level design integration
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering and human spaceflight programs
Proficiency with MBSE tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
Strong background in system architecture, trade studies, and mission assurance
Knowledge of safety, reliability, human factors, and avionics integration
Ability to provide technical leadership from concept through verification and sustainment
