AGING AND DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER (ADRC) SPECIALIST
Olympic Area Agency on Aging (O3A) is seeking an ADRC Specialist to provide accurate and relevant information to individuals seeking resources, including older adults and adults with disabilities. The role involves conducting eligibility screenings, delivering services, and providing case management services with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Provides accurate and relevant information to individuals seeking resources including older adults, family caregivers, adults with disabilities and Medicaid/WA Cares beneficiaries
Conducts program and service eligibility screening and needs assessments
Delivers services and options counseling under targeted community-based programs, including: Care Transitions, Health Related Social Needs (HRSN), Medicaid access, and WA Cares
Provides individualized and comprehensive short-term case management services
Operates with a significant level of independence, requiring minimal supervision
Requires exemplary customer service skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in behavioral, health sciences, or related field with two years' experience providing direct human services
MA in behavioral, health sciences or related field with one year experience providing direct human service
equivalent combination of education and experience
