Responsibilities
Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors
Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of technicians and parts needed to perform maintenance activities
Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program
Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and program manager schedules
Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of our data centers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in preventative, electrical, or mechanical maintenance planning
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g., Maximo, Infor, Datastream, SAP PM, etc.)
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Knowledge of facility electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
Ability to communicate with internal customers and external parties, and address any issues
Ability to develop long-term maintenance plans and forecasts
