Responsibilities

Position responsible for receiving of items and record; Completes all necessary Transactions, Labeling and Emailing appropriately; Constant checking of correct material
Receive a minimum of 120, 130, 200 receipts per 8 hours on RMA lines, according to the line you are working on
Maintain accurate inventory; Use scanner to receive product into inventory and double check inventory
Requires heavy lifting of boxes and pallets and unloading of trucks daily, must be able to lift over 50lbs on occasion
All operations are to be performed in the safest manner possible and using any protective equipment necessary
Sets up and maintains equipment; Ensures that equipment runs in accordance with operational standards; Performs minor repairs and preventative maintenance of labels and printers
Comply with Depot Center policies, ESD requirements, process and workmanship standards
Inspects product based on quality checklist; notifies supervisor/lead of any discrepancies; Records inventory transactions
May require mandatory Overtime coming in early or staying late due to workload
Forklift driving may be required for PO side (will be trained)
Prepares receipts based on orders that must get shipped; Enters data, tracks, gathers information of items needing to be kitted
Place materials in appropriate area; Put material receipts in RCDOCK, RCDOCK2 or bagging location and label

Required

Ability to operate tools like a screwdriver
Able to lift 30lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. on occasion
Able to work standing or walking for 8-10 hour shift (breaks every 2-4 hours)
Ability to work a schedule of 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday

Preferred

Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Experience working on computers and electronic assemblies
Experience with Lean, 5S, Six Sigma (Yellow/Green/Black Belt Certification a plus)
