Responsibilities

Coordinate and help plan media outreach programs, including tours, events, conferences, interviews, new media outreach, and strategic coverage flagging

Demonstrate tactical and strategic knowledge of integrated communications marketing principles and contribute to communications marketing plans that meet client objectives

Apply key client information, including business strategy, industry trends and issues, products and services, key opinion leaders, customers, and competitors

Demonstrate a practical understanding of social media and the digital landscape, and incorporate these into client programs

Manage projects for multiple clients from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, providing client counsel, overseeing quality, and ensuring deadlines are met

Required

At least one year of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Proven ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Clear understanding of clients' businesses and missions, and their key stakeholders, including consumers, employees, investors, regulators, media, vendors, partners, and other organizations

Fluency in AI and willingness to learn and apply AI to workflows

Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team player

Strong research, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain media relationships
