The role involves writing, editing, and designing various communication materials while collaborating with marketing colleagues to enhance the program's visibility and engagement.

Required

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training

Experience writing engaging and informative copy that reflects marketing goals and the needs and interests of target audiences and stakeholders

Extensive experience working in a high-volume communications/publications environment, meeting critical deadlines and coordinating multiple assignments at various stages of development

Experience working in a creative capacity with the ability to concept and produce effective graphics, fliers, publications and other marketing materials

Experience working effectively both independently and as part of a team with a high level of accuracy, collaboration and follow-through

Oral and written communication skills to interact with coworkers and clients in an efficient, productive and collaborative manner. Advanced knowledge of grammar, punctuation and AP Style

Extensive skills and experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite of applications

Preferred

Experience working in higher education or human services

Experience with web design using a CMS such as Drupal

Experience using Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud

Advanced knowledge of grammar, punctuation and AP Style
