Responsibilities
Assist with tracking production timelines and updating order status reports
Support communication with vendors, factories, and internal teams regarding production schedules
Help prepare production documentation, including purchase orders and technical packets
Organize and maintain sample and fabric archives
Perform other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, Textile Science, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Passion for the apparel industry and eagerness to learn
