Responsibilities
Rack, stack, cable, and deploy network routers, switches, and servers in a data center and enterprise environment
Install, configure, and maintain IP-based routing, switching, and telephony equipment at customer and corporate sites
Support the rollout of LAN and WAN network connections, hardware, software, and communication links
Monitor and maintain the health of the network infrastructure in accordance with company standards
Troubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and hardware issues
Optimize network reliability, performance, and availability across sites
Configure routing, switching, and firewall devices to support secure and efficient data flow
Assist with network changes, upgrades, and ongoing service provisioning
Qualification
Required
0–3 years of experience working with enterprise network infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper routers and switches
Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, including VLANs, IP addressing, routing, and switching
Knowledge of internetworking design and routing principles
Experience working with common network protocols
Exposure to firewall technologies such as Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Check Point NG, or similar platforms
Preferred
CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certifications are highly valued but not required
