Responsibilities

Help deliver innovative, effective solutions to clients as part of an industry-leading Reinsurance business development group

Gain valuable experience supporting both client and internal projects

Work with a cross-functional team from across the Minneapolis office to gain visibility and experience across a broad segment of clients

Assist account executives on assigned accounts across various industries

Collaborate with expert colleagues to assess and mitigate risks across diverse industries while engaging in innovative solutions to deliver tailored risk management strategies

Required

College Seniors graduating between December 2026 to June 2027 with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in: Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Risk Management, Insurance, or Actuarial science, but open to all majors

For this role you must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing multiple assignments and building strong relationships; also capable of working independently with minimal direction

Strong client and business results focus

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, both verbal and written
