The role requires expertise in VOIP and phone technologies, specifically with Cisco and Siemens systems, as well as general knowledge of data center network IMAC experience.

Provide hands on support for phone handset (analog and VOIP technologies) and wall jack activations for phone systems onsite
Must have Cisco Router/ Switch WAP General IMAC Experience
General Data Center Network IMAC Experience
Must have general knowledge phone jack replacements, punch down, transferring jacks, jack activations/cross connections-i.e. block 66/110
Must have IMAC experience with one or more of the common voice technologies (Siemens/Avaya/Cisco etc)- analog and VOIP
Must have basic experience tracing cable
Punch downs
Cross connect
66 block- must have experience
Familiar with data equipment
Fluking switch ports aka using fluke tester
Running link runner
Fluking a data point
Cross connects
Activating jacks
Cat 5 cat 6
Qualification
Required
Must have Cisco Router/ Switch WAP General IMAC Experience- Prefer CCNA
General Data Center Network IMAC Experience as well
Must have general knowledge phone jack replacements, punch down, transferring jacks, jack activations/cross connections-i.e. block 66/110
Must have IMAC experience with one or more of the common voice technologies (Siemens/Avaya/Cisco etc)- analog and VOIP
Must have basic experience tracing cable (Resource should have tools)
