They are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician / Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support for energy storage systems, ensuring safe and efficient deployment.

Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of battery energy storage systems (BESS), including residential, C&I, and utility-scale projects
Follow up and resolve equipment installation issues, electrical wiring problems, and system configuration errors at customer sites
Support system commissioning, including functional testing, electrical inspections, and performance verification
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, communication, and system integration issues (inverters, batteries, EMS, BMS, PCS, etc.)
Work closely with installers, electricians, EPCs, and project managers to ensure installations meet technical specifications and local electrical codes
Provide remote technical support when on-site presence is not required
Collect and document site issues, prepare service reports, and provide feedback to the R&D and product teams
Support after-sales service, warranty cases, and corrective actions when required
Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, electrical standards, and company policies
Participate in technical training for installers and partners when necessary
Qualification
Required
Licensed Electrician, Electrical Technician, or equivalent technical certification
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation, commissioning, or technical support
Strong understanding of electrical wiring, low- and high-voltage systems, grounding, and protection devices
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals
Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations
Willingness to travel to customer and project sites as required
Good problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Basic computer skills and ability to prepare technical reports
English communication skills required; additional local language is a plus
Preferred
Hands-on experience with energy storage systems, solar PV, inverters, or power electronics is highly preferred
Experience with electrical installation, energy storage systems, or solar power equipment installation and maintenance is a plus
Experience in technical support or customer service, with the ability to handle complex customer issues
