Partner Account Manager, North America

Continia Software is looking for an experienced Partner Account Manager to drive growth in their North American team by developing partnerships with Value Added Resellers in the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ecosystem. The role focuses on building relationships, driving partner success, and representing Continia at industry events.

Responsibilities

Drive partner growth by identifying new opportunities for collaboration and market expansion
Maintain and expand existing partnerships through execution of partnership plans, including short- and long-term goals, KPIs, and key milestones
Understand partners’ business models, service lines, goals, and objectives to align strategies for mutual growth
Monitor and drive increased solution adoption and usage within the partner ecosystem
Support partner campaigns and events
Ensure consistent engagement activities with partners business statuses, reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners
Ensure that our partners actively promote our solutions, e.g., through presence on their websites or in newsletters
Equip and encourage our partners with our tools, training and resources to successfully integrate and sell joint solutions
Conduct professional product demonstrations tailored to specific partner and client needs
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing clear and timely assistance with product-related inquiries
Act as a key representative for Continia at industry conferences and networking events
Support our Marketing Manager with content marketing efforts and sales enablement tools
Coordinate with our Services Team to ensure seamless project startups and other partner support
Maintain all relevant records in related systems (e.g., CRM)

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar
5+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or software sales
Proven ability to build and grow technology partnerships
Solid understanding of business software, cloud solutions, and partner ecosystems
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to driving results
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams in a matrix organization
Experienced in using CRM and other systems to manage pipeline, build efficient processes, measure outcomes, and continuously improve ways of working

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or ERP solutions is a plus
HubSpot experience is a plus
