Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation including contracts, submittals, and RFIs
Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to track project progress and identify potential issues
Utilize Procore and Bluebeam software for project management and documentation
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Assist in the management of project budgets, schedules, and resources
Prepare and maintain project reports, including progress updates and performance metrics
Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes and managing vendor relationships
Assist in the resolution of technical issues and discrepancies that arise during construction
Qualification
Required
5+ years construction experience
BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related
Civil construction experience (roads, bridges, tunnels, marine, etc)
