Responsibilities

Lead and oversee accounting engagements for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
Serve as a primary advisor and relationship manager for clients, providing proactive guidance and financial insight
Review and oversee month-end and quarterly close processes prepared by staff
Analyze financial results and explain trends, risks, and opportunities to clients
Leverage accounting technology and automation tools to improve workflows and client outcomes
Identify opportunities for process improvement, system enhancements, and advisory services
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-level client experience
Mentor and support accounting staff through review, coaching, and technical guidance

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience
Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex information clearly
Experience working in cloud-based accounting systems and technology-driven environments
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

5+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or client-facing experience preferred)
