Responsibilities
Manage an engineering team to deliver robust software product services to small business credit card customers
Review project plans to coordinate work modules and ensure project deliveries are within the scope, cost, and timeline
Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to assess software system requirements
Design and develop highly available, scalable, and secure software product services
Implement and support release artifacts deployed into the software environment
Facilitate agile ceremonies to streamline the software product service delivery
Qualification
Required
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, and 2 years in a Software Engineer, or related, occupation
Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: Software development tools, including Java, JavaScript, SQL, Git, AWS, Docker, and REST; Product implementation and support tools, including Splunk, AppDynamics, and AWS CloudWatch; Backend and cloud technologies; Project monitoring tools, including Kanban boards and custom dashboards; Design and develop robust and reusable frameworks while maintaining reliability, security, and availability; and Conduct agile ceremonies and daily stand-ups
