As a Senior Designer on the Engagement team, you will design experiences that engage and delight users, primarily within the online Casino segment, while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer loyalty and retention strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of engagement-driven creative, including lifecycle campaigns, loyalty programs, and personalized experiences within the Casino segment
Create visually stunning, on-brand assets for CRM, email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other engagement channels
Collaborate with retention marketers to analyze iGaming user behavior, tailoring designs to amplify engagement metrics such as session frequency, active days, and lifetime value
Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and analytics, to align engagement strategies with broader Casino business goals
Stay Ahead of Trends by keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within the iGaming and Casino landscape
Maintain a cohesive brand presence across all engagement channels, ensuring consistency while driving creativity
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in marketing or product design, with a focus on iGaming and Casino engagement and retention
A strong portfolio is required. It should showcase innovative, engagement-focused iGaming creative that drove measurable customer retention or loyalty
Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential
Knowledge of gamification or loyalty program design is required
Preferred
Experience with platforms like Braze, Mailchimp, or SendGrid is a plus
Experience with Figma is a major plus
Expertise in designing immersive, interactive iGaming experiences that resonate with audiences
Collaborative mindset: Experience working with marketers and product teams to refine creative approaches
A passion for or interest in sports, casino games, or the iGaming industry is a significant advantage
