Founding Mid-Market Account Executive
Talentpluto is a fast-growing Series A SaaS company building modern financial and commission-operations software for the insurance industry. They are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to support go-to-market expansion, focusing on mid-market insurance organizations and managing the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for mid-market customers, from prospecting through close
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities within a defined target account list
Develop relationships with decision-makers through calls, meetings, and industry events
Run product demos and guide prospects through a consultative buying process
Partner with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success
Share customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, primarily focused on mid-market customers
Demonstrated success closing five- and six-figure deals in a full-cycle sales role
Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging customers in person when needed
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment
Preferred
Insurance or financial services experience is a strong plus, but not required
