Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Insurance, with a strong understanding of Personal Insurance products and services
Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of Underwriting principles, processes, and risk assessment methodologies
Strong Account Management skills, including the ability to manage multiple personal lines accounts effectively
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
State insurance licensing as applicable to personal lines (or ability to obtain within the required timeframe)

Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required
