Level II Helpdesk Technician (MSP)
Nomerel LLC is seeking an experienced Level II Helpdesk Technician to support multiple client environments in a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) setting. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, ticket escalation, and delivering excellent customer service both remotely and on-site.

Responsibilities
Experience with Active Directory Users and Computers functions, joining a PC to Active Directory, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows issues across multiple versions from XP to 11
Use Remote Management tools to facilitate remote assistance
Complete basic troubleshooting to isolate network issues before escalating to Senior Engineers
Identify and suggest improvements to procedures for improving service delivery
Document Solutions with detailed notes (screenshots preferred) to build out a knowledge base for improved service delivery with recurring issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in an MSP environment (required)
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
Experience troubleshooting servers, workstations, and cloud services
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must pass a background check
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (no sponsorships provided)
Preferred
IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
Experience with RMM/PSA tools
Associate (Preferred)
Support Desk in MSP environment: 5 years (Required)
