Responsibilities
Assist with protective relay testing and commissioning
Perform AC/DC circuit checks and verification
Learn to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring schematics, and one-line/three-line diagrams
Support troubleshooting and repairs under the guidance of senior engineers
Help develop test plans, procedures, and technical documentation
Follow and learn site-specific safety protocols
Travel to substations and power plants across Georgia
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field
Entry-level candidates with little to no prior field experience
Motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working on-site and traveling statewide
Valid driver's license
Authorization to work in the United States
Successful completion of a background check, including drug testing and criminal history screening
