Responsibilities
Review and complete zoning verification requests
Review requests for administrative zoning approval for compliance with County regulations
Provide friendly and accurate customer service in person, by phone, and by email
Research zoning, land use, and development information to help customers
Research and analyze professional documents related to zoning and community development
Work closely with other build positive working relationships
Assist team members with projects and daily tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
One year of experience in a fast-paced or high-volume customer service role
Preferred
One year of experience in permitting, zoning, land use, or a related field
