Level II Helpdesk Technician (MSP)
Nomerel is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) looking for an experienced Level II Helpdesk Technician. The role involves providing Tier II technical support, troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues across various platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier II technical support for multiple client environments (remote & on-site)
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud platforms
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and core networking services
Document work clearly and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service
Qualification
Required
5+ years of MSP experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a client-focused environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must pass a background check
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorships provided)
Preferred
IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
Experience with RMM and PSA tools
