Responsibilities

Support the implementation of CLP’s convening strategy by contributing to team initiatives and deliverables
Assist with research, briefing materials, and background documents for convenings, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
Provide project tracking and documentation support across CLP’s shared workstreams
Help maintain team resources, databases, and shared folders (e.g., Salesforce entries, project trackers, event calendars)
Contribute to planning and coordination for institutional gatherings and strategic convenings
Provide logistical and administrative support for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, including guest registration and post-event reporting
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and advance CLP team goals

Required

Currently enrolled in a graduate program in a relevant field (e.g., social impact, organizational development, communications, or related disciplines)
Strong interest in convening strategy, event production, partnership development, and network-building initiatives
Basic research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear summaries
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance
Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a professional setting
Work authorization in the United States is required
