Researches new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities

Assists in creating HealthPlan strategic and annual plans

Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary

Required

BA/BS degree in a related field

Minimum of 10 years of related experience including 5 years of leadership experience

Located in Tennessee

Ability to monitor related legislation and advise senior management relative to compliance

Ability to research new ventures and prospective revenue expansion opportunities

Ability to assist in creating HealthPlan strategic and annual plans

Willingness to travel to worksite and other locations as necessary

Preferred

MBA

At least 5 years of experience in administering long-term care programs and services

CHOICES and ECF LTSS program experience in Tennessee

Experience with implementation and driving execution of contractual requirements
