InternAIR Health is a growing startup seeking a talented and organized Graphic Design Intern to establish a foundation of visual consistency. This 6-month unpaid internship focuses on creating core design assets, supporting marketing and social media teams during product launch, and developing skills in professional template design and brand kit establishment.
Responsibilities
Template Design (Core Project): Lead the design and creation of essential, branded templates for internal and external use, including: Presentations, Whitepapers/E-books, and Instructions for Use (IFU) documents
Character Design: Design and iterate on a unique character mascot for the platform, ensuring visual appeal and brand alignment
Brand Kit Development: Finalize and organize the company's full Brand Style Guide and asset library (logos, fonts, color codes) for easy use across the team
Marketing Support: Design digital assets on demand, including social media graphics, ad creatives, event invitations, and any necessary launch-day visuals
Creative Exploration: Opportunity to explore and develop skills in Motion Design/Animation by creating branded animated graphics for social media
Documentation: Create a Design Handoff Guide detailing template usage and file organization for future team members
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
High proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma/Sketch)
A strong portfolio demonstrating clean design principles, typography skills, and attention to detail
Ability to follow strict brand guidelines while maintaining creative flair
Preferred
Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a strong advantage
